Blackjack Switch

All conventional rules of blackjack apply with
the following exceptions:

Player must make two equal bets.
All cards are dealt face up.
Player may switch second card of each hand.
Player may double on any two cards as well as after
a split
Player may not resplit.
Dealer must hit soft 17 (17 made with an Ace)
Blackjack pays 1:1, instead of normal 3:2
Dealer will ‘push’ players hands (except blackjacks)
on dealer total of 22. Normally a dealer total of 22
would be a ‘bust’’
