Sic-Bo
Sic-Bo is a dice game, played upon a table somewhat similar to
a roulette table. It is extremely easy to play, but probably not
the one to visit if you envision leaving the casino a large winner.
Sic-bo is played with three dice, with players betting on the outcome of the dice roll. Bets
are placed on the table and can be divided into
Single Die bets, Two Die bets and Three
Die
bets. Bets can be placed on results of some or all the dice, at players discretion. Below
are the main types of bets that may be made, although there are more than 50 different
combinations of bets that may be made in Sic-Bo.

Single Number (or Dice) Bets

One of a Kind
-  Player wins if one or more of the dice come out showing the number bet
on. Payouts are 1:1 if number appears once, 2:1 if it appears twice and 3:1 if the number
appears on all 3 dice.

Two Number (or Dice) Combinations

Two of a Kind
-  Player’s bet consists of placing a wager on number appearing on any two
dice. Payouts are 8:1

Any Two Numbers – Here player bets on any two numbers appearing on dice (example 2
and 5). Payout is 5:1. It is important to note here that player can win only once on this
combination – for a 2 and 5 bet, if after roll dice show 2, 2 & 5, you would be paid only for
one 2 and 5 combination.

Three Number (or Dice) Totals

Three of a Kind
– Player’s number must appear on all 3 dice. Pays 150:1

Any Three of a Kind – Player is betting same number will appear on all three dice, without
picking any specific number, Payout is 24:1

Total Value – Player bets on a specific total for all three dice when added together.
Payouts will range from 6:1  to 50:1, depending on value chosen.

Small – Player bets total of dice will be from 4 to 10. Payout is 1:1.

Big – Player bets total of dice will be from 11 to 17. Payout is 1:1
note  in Small & Big wager, numbers 3 and 18 are excluded. Since these represent
triplets or three of a kind (3 ones or 3 sixes), they cannot be wagered upon
for small or large bets, and player would lose if dice showed either 3 03 18
total.

Although Sic-Bo is a simple game to play, it is not one that favours the player. With the
exception of the Small and the Big bets, the house has an enormous advantage in this
game. House advantages for each type of bet:
